Student getting tasered in a US campus - shocking video

Yes, it's literally a shocking a video. University of Florida cops arrested a student named Andrew Meyer for repeatedly asking John Kerry (inconvenient) questions. They dragged him to the back of the lecture hall and tasered (gave him electric shock using a gun-like device). In the video, the student can be seen crying out for help.
