In India, bands and elephants at work

This story by ITworld.com is very interesting. Indian software companies are trying to find innovative ways to keep their employees interested in their work. They start it from day one. The way a firm called Aditi welcomed it's new employees was a very interesting one. They welcomed the new employees with crowns, garlands, traditional keralan orchestra, and an elephant.

You can't even dream of such a thing happening in Germany. You may get a handshake. That's how they welcome you.
